About

A Space to Heal, Grow, and Be Fully Supported

You don’t have to carry it all alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing Christian therapy via telehealth to adults across California. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and premarital counseling for those who are carrying a lot, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally, and need a safe place to slow down, process, and reconnect with themselves and God. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an Executive Pastor, which deeply shapes my understanding of faith, leadership, and the unique pressures many of my clients carry. I understand what it means to hold responsibility, care for others, and still need a space to be fully supported yourself. I work most often with high-capacity women, mothers of young children, engaged and newly married couples, and pastors or ministry leaders navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, relationship strain, perfectionism, and leadership fatigue. Many of my clients are deeply capable and faithful, but feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or quietly struggling beneath the surface. For couples, I provide support in strengthening communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding connection, and creating a shared vision for your relationship. In premarital counseling, I help couples build a strong, Christ-centered foundation by addressing key areas like communication, expectations, roles, and long-term alignment before marriage. My approach to therapy is warm, reflective, and practical. I help clients understand how their experiences and patterns have shaped them, while also equipping them with tools to regulate emotions, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and build more sustainable rhythms. Clinically, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, and relational approaches. I also offer Christian counseling when desired, thoughtfully integrating faith, Scripture, prayer, and spiritual formation in a way that honors both psychological science and biblical truth. Faith integration is always collaborative and client-directed. I believe healing is most sustainable when we care for the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and relationships. When appropriate, I incorporate holistic practices such as movement, lifestyle awareness, and community support to help clients move from survival mode into steadier, more rooted living. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together. Whether you’re a woman longing for clarity and peace, a couple desiring a stronger, healthier relationship, or a ministry leader needing a confidential place to be fully human, you are welcome here. It would be an honor to walk with you toward healing, wholeness, and a life grounded in God’s purpose.
